Apis India Ltd. on Monday announced the appointment of Mr. Ankit Nagar as its new Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective June 16, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Pankaj Tripathi as General Manager of HR, Admin and IT. Mr. Nagar, a Chartered Accountant with 16 years of experience, replaces Mrs. Manisha Anand who resigned earlier this month. He has previously worked at Dharampal Satyapal Foods, Modi Rubber, and HSBC. The appointments follow the board meeting held on June 15 and aim to strengthen the company's financial and human resource functions.
