GNG Electronics Ltd's promoter Vidhi S Khandelwal plans to sell up to 45,00,000 equity shares, representing 3.95% of the company's paid-up capital, through open market transactions by June 19, 2026. The sale is aimed at reducing promoter and promoter group holding from 78.71% to 74.76%, thereby meeting the mandatory minimum public shareholding requirement of 25% under securities regulations. The shares are to be sold in one or multiple tranches on stock exchanges. Khandelwal has undertaken not to purchase any shares on the days of the sale, as required by SEBI guidelines. The company's stock is listed on BSE and NSE.
