Enviro Infra Engineers, through its step-down subsidiary Suyog Urja, received a ₹224.19 crore LOI including GST from Tata Power Renewable Energy for turnkey EPC work on a 180 MW NTPC wind project at Parli in Maharashtra. The scope covered foundations for 58 wind turbines, balance-of-plant works, a 33 kV transmission line and a roughly 39-acre storage yard. The work was to be completed by 31 March 2027. EIE Renewables acquired 51% of Suyog Urja for ₹311 crore, with the remaining 49% structured as a phased acquisition. Renewables represented 29% of the company’s Q1 FY27 revenue, compared with 11% in FY26, while its reported order book stood at ₹6,720.8 crore.

The combined value of the contracts is ₹256.92 crore.
