Fabtech Technologies' board on June 25, 2026 approved additional investments of up to ₹24 crore into its Sharjah-based wholly-owned subsidiary Fabtech Technologies LLC to strengthen EPC operations abroad. The board also cleared a ₹2.49 crore equity investment into FT Institutions Private Limited, a domestic pharma and healthcare focused subsidiary. The overseas subsidiary remains non-revenue generating, while FT Institutions reported revenue of ₹12.61 crore and a net profit of ₹0.38 crore for FY26. Both transactions are cash subscriptions at par and are expected to be completed within a year, subject to regulatory approvals. Separately, the board noted the completion of independent director Shyam Nagorao Khante’s tenure effective that day, and reconstituted its audit, nomination and remuneration, and CSR committees from June 26.
