GACM Technologies has received in-principle approval from BSE for its proposed issuance of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) worth up to USD 699 million. The approval, dated May 29, 2026, follows the company's May 13 application to the exchange. The exchange granted the approval subject to compliance with conditions including submission of listing documents, payment of fees, and receipt of statutory approvals from SEBI, RBI, and other authorities.
