The bonus would issue 10.16 crore equity shares of ₹2 each, capitalising ₹20.32 crore of free reserves, and would lift paid-up capital to ₹30.48 crore from ₹10.16 crore. Standalone revenue from operations for the June quarter rose to ₹29.64 crore from ₹16.50 crore a year earlier, while profit increased to ₹3.99 crore from ₹2.08 crore; consolidated profit was ₹4.26 crore.
