Insolation Energy said its wholly owned subsidiary Insolation Green Energy has been awarded a contract worth ₹558.29 crore by NTPC Renewable Energy Limited, a subsidiary of NTPC Limited. The order is for the supply of solar PV modules and is to be executed during the financial year 2026-27. The contract is domestic in nature, with no promoter group interest in the awarding entity, and was announced to the stock exchanges on 9 July 2026. The value represents roughly 26% of the company’s FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹2,146 crore, marking a substantial addition to the order book.

Insolation Energy will issue a corporate guarantee of approximately ₹347 crore to back a rupee term loan that its 22 step-down subsidiaries are raising from Aseem Infra Finance. The guarantee supports the execution of 400 MW of solar projects awarded under Component A of the PM KUSUM scheme in Rajasthan, work that had been previously announced. The guarantee remains in force until 12 months after commercial operations or project stabilisation, whichever is later.
