Laxmi India Finance scheduled a Business Operation Committee meeting for August 25 to consider and approve the issue of up to ₹100 crore of rated, listed, secured, redeemable non-convertible debentures through private placement. The proposed issue had a ₹50 crore base size and a green-shoe option of up to ₹50 crore, with each debenture carrying a face value of ₹10,000. The company had approved a ₹400 crore NCD issuance in May, subject to shareholder approval. Secured MSME lending accounted for about 80-82% of its business, while AUM stood at ₹1,721.7 crore and net worth at ₹482.8 crore in the June quarter.
