Mamata Machinery's board on July 6 approved a dividend of 5% (₹0.5 per share) and announced the retirement of CEO Apurva N. Kane effective September 30, 2026, after more than four decades with the company. Rajashekar Venkat, formerly a senior executive at multinationals including Kennametal and Markem-Imaje, will take over as CEO from October 1. The board also appointed cost auditors and internal auditors for the coming financial year.
