Manoj Jewellers Ltd's board approved raising up to ₹18 crore through a rights issue of equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each to eligible shareholders, the company said in a filing on Tuesday. The issue size, subject to regulatory approvals, equals roughly half the Chennai-based jeweller's current market capitalisation of ₹36 crore.
