Marble City India's board approved a preferential issue of up to 66 lakh convertible warrants at Rs117.50 each, aggregating Rs77.55 crore, to six non-promoter allottees. Each warrant was convertible into one Rs5 equity share within 18 months, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, with an extraordinary general meeting called for Oct 14, 2026. Salsett Vinimay Private Limited, Rishi Kajaria and Vedant Kajaria acquired 2.25 million shares of Marble City India in the open market on 10 September, taking their combined holding to 2.829 million shares, or 11.03% of the company. Salsett Vinimay accounted for 2.2 million shares and Vedant Kajaria for 50,000 shares, while Rishi Kajaria's holding remained 190,000 shares. The acquirers were classified as non-promoters, and the company's voting capital remained 128.23 million shares after the transaction.
