Mukka Proteins' board approved the preferential allotment of up to 2 crore fully convertible warrants at ₹23.50 each to 15 non-promoter investors, raising up to ₹47 crore. Each warrant is convertible into one equity share within 18 months, and the issue price is based on a registered valuer's report. The board also cleared two acquisitions: a 51% stake in Delta Marine Products for up to ₹11.1 crore and a 51% stake in Aqua Marine for up to ₹15 crore, both fish meal and fish oil manufacturers. Delta Marine reported a loss of ₹19.7 lakh on revenue of ₹28.2 crore in FY25, while Aqua Marine posted a profit of ₹10.7 lakh on revenue of ₹32.2 crore. The investments are aimed at expanding Mukka's core business and production capacity.
