Shipwaves Online's board approved a preferential issue of up to 3.332 crore fully convertible warrants for ₹14.99 crore, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. Mukka Proteins Limited, a promoter-group entity, was to receive 2.932 crore warrants, while Danish Gafarbhai Panja and Nelamangala Umesh Mohan Kumar were each offered 20 lakh. Each warrant was priced at ₹4.50 and convertible into one equity share, with 25% payable on allotment and the balance due on conversion within 18 months. On full conversion, paid-up shares would rise from 14.15 crore to 17.48 crore. Members were scheduled to consider the issue at the annual general meeting on 30 September. Shipwaves had raised ₹56.3 crore in its December 2025 BSE SME IPO, while about ₹5 crore of IPO proceeds remained in fixed deposits at the end of June 2026. Standalone FY26 revenue was ₹65 crore and profit ₹1.7 crore, against consolidated FY25 revenue of ₹108.3 crore.

Shipwaves Online received a three-year purchase order worth USD 55,800, or about ₹53.3 lakh, from Tata UK Limited for a centralised digital platform tracking ocean, air, breakbulk and courier shipments across its global supply chain and project logistics operations. The contract came from an international entity and involved no promoter or related-party interest. Consolidated revenue was about ₹108 crore in FY25, with digital freight forwarding accounting for roughly 83% of sales. SaaS revenue was ₹18 crore, or about 17% of FY25 revenue, up from roughly 8% a year earlier.
