Shree Refrigerations secured a Rs7.86 crore order, excluding GST, from the Controller Procurement Material Organisation in Mumbai of the Indian Navy for the supply of two magnetic bearing compressor based AC plants. The plants were scheduled for delivery by 5 October 2027, and the company said the latest order was valued at Rs8.25 crore including GST as part of fresh Navy orders worth over Rs14 crore in the past one-and-a-half months. The latest award followed a Rs3.93 crore ex-GST Navy order in late August for a similar magnetic bearing compressor based AC plant due by August 2027. The order book stood at around Rs270 crore in September 2026 after Rs208 crore of inflows in FY26. The company reported operating revenue of Rs153.5 crore in FY26, with about 95% from defence and marine HVAC and refrigeration systems.

Shree Refrigerations issued an updated investor presentation that added details of its new manufacturing facility and was intended for an upcoming investor meeting. The deck described Unit 2 as an inaugurated 50,000 sq ft greenfield expansion, expandable to 100,000 sq ft, with laser cutting, paint-shop and shot-blasting capabilities. A ₹25 crore Phase 1 capex programme had been discussed in May, and the facility was supported by a 40%-50% subsidy under Maharashtra's PSI scheme. FY26 operating revenue was ₹153.5 crore and the closing order book was ₹270.8 crore.

Shree Refrigerations Ltd supplied mission-critical Marine Air-Conditioning Plants for INS Dunagiri and INS Agray, two of the three warships commissioned into the Indian Navy by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Garden Reach Shipbuilders in Kolkata. The company had similarly equipped two of the three naval platforms commissioned in January 2025, making this a repeat honour. The systems have been type-tested and commissioned for onboard operational use, validating SRL's defence-grade manufacturing capabilities. Chairman R. G. Shende highlighted that the achievement reinforces the company's role in the Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative and noted that the new 50,000 sq ft manufacturing facility doubles production capacity.
