Spice Islands Industries' board on Friday approved a set of material related party transactions, including a transaction with Chapra Capital Ventures Private Limited aggregating up to ₹350 crore during financial year 2026-27. The board also approved transactions of up to ₹20 crore each with Vision Siddhivi Realty, Ferry Automotive, Al Risha Recruitment Consultancy, Alkham Foods LLP, as well as with Fotoset Trading, Seth Ladhukara Charities and Krishna Global Industries. Additionally, a transaction of up to ₹20 crore with Dhanik Food & Beverages was cleared. The company further obtained approval to incorporate a joint venture with The Peace Mission Private Limited, with a commitment of up to ₹20 crore, and approved the 1:5 sub-division of equity shares subject to shareholder consent.
