Sarda Proteins Limited announced that its managing director, Chirag Thummar, resigned from the board on July 4, 2026, with the board immediately appointing Shirish Savaliya as the new managing director for a five-year term. In parallel, Yagnik Satasiya was moved from chief financial officer to the post of non-executive chairperson, and Drashti Delvadiya was named as the new CFO. Three other directors—Bipinkumar Savalia, Khilan Savaliya, and independent director Chintan Bhatt—also resigned effective immediately. These sweeping board and management changes come shortly after Onix Renewable Limited completed its open offer for a 19.28% stake in the company.
