Tanfac Industries’ Preferential Issue Committee on July 8 approved reducing the size of the preferential issue to ₹99.4 crore from the ₹173.5 crore announced two days earlier. The company will issue 4.24 lakh shares at ₹2,341 each, aggregating ₹99.4 crore, compared with the earlier plan to issue 7.41 lakh shares.
