VVIP Infratech promoter Praveen Tyagi pledged an additional 31.58 lakh equity shares of the company on 30 June 2026 to secure a ₹50 crore business loan for subsidiary VVIP Realtech Private Limited. The pledge was created in favour of CSL Finance Limited and raises Tyagi’s total encumbered holding to 54.76 lakh shares, representing 21.93% of the company’s total equity. The loan is meant for the working capital and business expansion of the real‑estate subsidiary. The fresh encumbrance constitutes a significant increase and pushes promoter group pledging to over one‑fifth of the outstanding stock.
