Archean Chemical Industries' promoter Chemikas Speciality LLP created pledges on 89 lakh shares with Aditya Birla Capital and CTL Trusteeship as collateral for loans, while releasing pledges on about 59 lakh shares held with Bajaj Finance and Aditya Birla Capital. The net effect increased the promoter's total pledged shares from 9.99% to 12.41% of the company's equity capital. The transactions took place between June 5 and June 12, 2026. The pledges were created for loan collateral and released after repayment of the availed loans. The promoter holds a 30.53% stake in the company.
