Anlon Technology Solutions appointed Miron Harri Thoms as chief executive officer with effect from September 2, 2026. Anlon Technology Solutions executed a Master Factoring Agreement with SBI Factors Limited for a ₹15 crore domestic factoring facility with recourse. The agreement followed a sanction letter dated June 25, 2026, and the company reported nil outstanding under the facility. Eligible receivables, a subservient charge over current and fixed assets up to the sanctioned limit, and personal guarantees from the managing director and whole-time director secured the arrangement.
