Jupiter Capital Private Limited, the promoter of Axiscades Technologies, sold 10 lakh equity shares through the BSE on June 30, 2026, a regulatory filing by the firm showed on July 1. The transaction trimmed Jupiter Capital’s voting rights in the engineering services company from 52.50% to 50.15%, while its total stake including encumbered shares fell from 58.03% to 55.68%. The filing did not disclose the sale price or the reason for the disposal.

Axiscades Technologies' board has approved the sale of its aerospace engineering services business to Akkodis Group AG in a deal valued at USD 206.3 million. The transaction will be executed through an internal carve-out into newly incorporated subsidiaries, followed by a phased divestiture: Akkodis will initially acquire 51% for USD 77.7 million in cash, with the remaining 49% to be transferred after two years for USD 76 million plus up to USD 52.6 million in performance-linked contingent payments. The business being sold contributed 31% of the company's consolidated revenue in fiscal 2025. Proceeds are intended for technology and capability-led acquisitions, manufacturing infrastructure for the company's core aerospace, defence and ESAI businesses, and strengthening the balance sheet. Closing of the first tranche is expected within five to six months.
