C2C Advanced Systems' chief executive Krishnamurthy Chandra told shareholders that collections stood at about 30 per cent of the level expected at this point in the financial year and apologised for the missed update due on 26 August 2026. He said the revenue was real and the work complete, describing the debtor base of government, public sector and large enterprise clients as slow but not insolvent, with delivered work backed by client confirmations and no material balance regarded as doubtful, and added that no further collection date would be set. He also said the promoter group intended to invest further through a preferential allotment whose share count, price, pricing basis and lock-in would be detailed in the shareholder notice and exchange filings. The company had reported revenue of about ₹41 crore in the year to March 2024 against about ₹8 crore a year earlier, with an order book of ₹65.3 crore and more than 99 per cent of revenue from its top ten customers. Receivables of ₹74.6 crore at September 2024 had aged further, leading to a ₹14.5 crore provision, while management had guided to collecting 80 per cent of balances overdue by more than 180 days by September 2026. The board had on 7 September 2026 recommended Narasimhan & Srinivasan as statutory auditor for five years to 2031 and deferred a fully convertible warrants issue to a later board while fixing the ninth annual general meeting for 30 September 2026.
