Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions has approved the issuance of corporate guarantees totaling about ₹474 crore in favour of lenders for five of its subsidiary companies. The guarantees were approved by the Risk Management Committee on 23 June and cover term loan facilities for Clean Max Theia Private Limited (₹372.21 crore), Clean Max Arctic Private Limited (₹8.20 crore), Clean Max Fuji Private Limited (₹51.46 crore), Clean Max Aero Private Limited (₹28.65 crore) and Clean Max Godavari Private Limited (₹13.75 crore). The company stated that these guarantees will constitute a contingent liability and have no immediate impact on the listed entity.

Meta will purchase 100% of the environmental attributes from the projects, which CleanMax will develop and operate.
