At a board meeting on August 19, Aditya Infotech approved raising up to ₹1,500 crore through equity issuance by way of a public issue, a qualified institutional placement or another route permitted under law, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. The board also approved seeking shareholder consent through a postal ballot and forming a committee to handle the proposed issue. The company listed in August 2025 through a ₹1,300 crore IPO, comprising ₹500 crore of fresh shares and ₹800 crore of offer for sale. Its FY26 consolidated revenue was ₹4,220.8 crore, while standalone net debt was negative after ₹375 crore of IPO proceeds were used for debt repayment.
