Gallantt Ispat Limited announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Pradyumna Kumar Satpathy, has stepped down, effective at the close of business on 15 August 2026. In a resignation letter dated 15 July 2026, Mr Satpathy cited pre-occupation and other personal reasons for his decision, stating there were no other material reasons behind his departure. The compliance officer confirmed the change under SEBI’s Listing Regulations and has enclosed the resignation letter and the required disclosures. The company now has a one-month window to appoint a successor before the separation takes effect.
