The company will close its Khopoli water park from June 19 until further notice, the only facility affected so far. Management said it would seek insurance coverage under a loss-of-profit policy but acknowledged that claim allowability in these circumstances is uncertain. The park contributed a significant share of the company's footfall during the summer holiday season, and the closure creates an immediate drag on revenue just as the company was navigating a steep earnings decline—consolidated net profit slid to just ₹0.64 crore in FY26 from ₹77 crore the previous year.
