Indus Infra Trust

Indus Infra Trust on Monday announced the acquisition of ULCCS Kasaragod Expressway Private Limited, the owner of a 39-kilometre, six-lane highway in Kerala built under the hybrid annuity model (HAM). The trust will pay up to ₹1,000.84 crore enterprise value, with a cost of acquisition of up to ₹443.98 crore, in an all-cash deal. The road, part of the Bharatmala Pariyojana on NH-66, became operational in August 2025 and has 14.22 years of remaining concession life with 29 bi-annual annuities. The seller, Uralungal Labour Contract Co-operative Society, has secured clearance from the National Highway Authority of India for the transfer. The trust said the acquisition would be yield-accretive for unitholders and fit its strategy of building a portfolio of stable road assets. Completion is targeted by September 30, 2026.
