Innovision received a Letter of Award from NHAI worth ₹219.07 crore for a one-year user-fee agency and toilet-maintenance contract at the IDTL A and IDTL B fee plazas on the Indore-Dewas section of NH-3 in Madhya Pradesh. The award, granted on 7 September, covered toll collection, upkeep of adjacent toilet blocks and replenishment of consumables. It was the sixth NHAI award disclosed by Innovision since 20 July, while the preceding five were valued between ₹30.4 crore and ₹83.3 crore. Toll operations accounted for roughly 59% of FY26 revenue of about ₹981 crore and 67% of revenue in the June quarter.

The Directorate of Enforcement conducted searches at Innovision Ltd's Gurugram office and at the Gurugram residence of chairman and managing director Randeep Hundal under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. The office search lasted from about 7:30am on September 2 to 12:30am on September 3, while the residential search ended at about 10:20pm on September 2; no incriminating documents were found or seized at the residence. At the office, officers copied records and electronic data concerning NHAI debarment proceedings, toll-collection reports, NHAI contracts, FIRs and court orders onto a 16GB pen drive, and recorded the CFO's statement. The Delhi High Court had stayed operation of Innovision's NHAI debarment order in September 2025 while the writ petition was pending. Toll accounted for about 59% of FY26 revenue and 67% of Q1 FY27 revenue, when the toll segment recorded a ₹9 crore EBITDA loss.

Innovision received a show-cause notice from the CGST Gurugram commissionerate proposing ₹10.70 crore of GST, plus interest and penalties, for FY2020-21 to FY2024-25 over exemptions claimed on certain supplies, including toll user-fee collection services.
