Mukand Ltd said it executed a term sheet on 15 July 2026 with AGP DC Infra Private Limited for the sale of land parcels aggregating 35,548.93 square metres (about 8.78 acres) at Kalwa in Thane district, together with rights over an access road, for a composite consideration of ₹55 crore per acre totalling roughly ₹506 crore. The company has received an advance of ₹10 crore from the buyer. The deal is subject to approvals from the Maharashtra government, the Thane collector, the gram panchayat and other authorities, as well as a joint survey, sub-division order, and the purchaser’s satisfaction with the outcome of technical and other due diligence. Mukand stated that the sale will not affect its operations and does not constitute a related-party transaction; the buyer is not part of the promoter group. The land sale is expected to unlock value from non-core assets.
