Netweb Technologies' board approved a fundraising plan to raise up to ₹1200 crore through a mix of equity shares, convertible debentures, warrants, and other securities, the company said in a regulatory filing on Wednesday. The approval, passed at a board meeting, authorises the use of qualified institutions placement, preferential issues, private placement, follow-on public offer, rights issue, or any combination, subject to shareholder consent. The company will seek shareholder approval through a postal ballot in due course. A fund-raising committee of directors has been formed to decide the final structure, pricing, and timing.
