Nureca Ltd. disclosed on Saturday that certain promoter group members have entered into a family settlement agreement dated June 17, 2026. Under the agreement, Aryan Goyal and Payal Goyal will transfer all their shares in the company to Saurabh Goyal, the sole promoter and chairman. The transfer represents approximately 33.7% of the company's voting rights, increasing Saurabh Goyal's stake from 34.35% to 68.09%. Additionally, Aryan Goyal will step down as chief executive officer and resign as a director of Nureca, conditional on the settlement's completion. The company stated it is not a party to the agreement and has not independently verified its contents. The settlement is intended for family succession planning and reallocation of ownership interests among the promoter family members.
