The company expects the portfolio to generate approximately Rs 1,000 crore in annual revenue upon stabilization. Omaxe is in advanced discussions with domestic and international operators for branding and management partnerships, though definitive agreements are yet to be finalized. The investment is proposed to be deployed in phases, subject to regulatory approvals and market conditions.
