RBM Infracon received a Rs 354.76 crore domestic service order from Epitome Industries India on 30 October 2026 for design, engineering, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of buildings and structures. The work was to be completed over 18 months. Epitome was the company's existing edible-oil-refinery EPC customer with a Rs 957.61 crore contract where civil work was about 95% complete and refinery work was about half complete. Recurring refinery-maintenance orders clustered below Rs 50 crore, with larger EPC projects in the Rs 82-200 crore range. Total income was Rs 322.52 crore in FY25 and the order book stood at about Rs 4,500 crore in H1 FY26, predominantly linked to the 15-year ONGC Nandej production-enhancement contract.

RBM Infracon accepted the resignation of Chief Financial Officer Narendra Kumar Sharma with effect from 25 September 2026, citing pre-occupation with other professional commitments, and he confirmed there was no other material reason. The board appointed Vipin Goyal, a senior finance and accounts professional with more than 18 years of experience across manufacturing, automotive and other sectors, as interim chief financial officer with immediate effect.
