Repro India said Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel Abhinav Vohra resigned with effect from the close of business on 31 December 2026. Vohra said in his 28 September letter that a consumer-products startup venture he is associated with required greater attention and that the company's shift towards digital and technology-driven books distribution with international operations could benefit from a finance chief with broader technology and global experience. The company said the appointment of a new chief financial officer was under process and that experienced personnel would manage the finance function in the interim. Repro India's digital print-on-demand, e-distribution and import-substitution business accounted for about 90% of consolidated revenue and served 794 publishers with more than one million titles. Consolidated revenue was Rs 49,398 lakhs in FY26, while revenue was Rs 13,991 lakhs in the June quarter. The Mahape leasehold manufacturing site was assigned for Rs 28,200 lakhs in May 2026.

Abhinav Vohra resigned as chief financial officer and key managerial personnel of Repro India, with the departure effective at the close of business on 31 December 2026. Vohra attributed the move to greater commitments to a consumer-products startup venture and to Repro India's shift toward a digital and technology-driven books distribution business with operations in the UAE, the Middle East and the United States. The company had experienced personnel to manage the finance function in the interim while the appointment of a successor remained under process. Repro India's digital business accounted for about 90% of consolidated revenue and served 794 publishers with more than one million titles. Consolidated revenue was Rs 49,398 lakhs in FY26, while first-quarter FY27 revenue was Rs 13,991 lakhs alongside a pre-exceptional loss, with reported profit driven by a Rs 17,063 lakhs Mahape gain.
