SEPC Ltd's board approved the acquisition of a 90% stake in Avenir International Engineers and Consultants LLC, Abu Dhabi, through a preferential share swap. The combined value of the orders is ₹673.32 crore, covering Coke Oven Balance of Plant (excluding civil and structural works) and Sinter Plant BOP (including civil and structural). The Coke Oven package is valued at ₹296.77 crore with a 30-month execution timeline, while the Sinter Plant package is worth ₹376.56 crore with a 33-month timeline. This is the second large order for SEPC in recent months, following a ₹521.46 crore highway contract in March.
