Symbiotec Pharmalab recreated pledges over 8.24 million promoter-group shares, equal to 12.82% of its share capital, in favour of Beacon Trusteeship, the security trustee for debentures. The pledges dated September 8 to 10 followed a temporary release used to create the IPO lock-in, and the process left the pledged holding effectively unchanged. Symbiotec completed a ₹1,757 crore IPO comprising a ₹150 crore fresh issue and a ₹1,607 crore offer for sale. Revenue reached ₹869.1 crore in FY26, while EBITDA was ₹232 crore and net debt was ₹380.9 crore.

Beacon Trusteeship disclosed that 34,93,464 Symbiotec Pharmalab shares, representing 5.44% of voting capital and 5.43% on a fully diluted basis, had been pledged in its favour as debenture trustee for non-convertible debentures issued by Satwani Holdings (India) Private Limited. The pledges were created by Anil Satwani, Sushil Satwani, Kashish Satwani and Satwani Holdings LLP on 8 and 9 September 2026. The security formed part of a debenture trust deed dated 10 December 2025, amended on 18 December, and included a covenant requiring repayment if the promoter group ceased to own at least 26% of the target's fully diluted share capital free of encumbrance. Symbiotec had reported FY26 revenue from operations of ₹869.1 crore and net debt of ₹380.9 crore at year-end.

Mirae Asset Mutual Fund acquired 3,497,420 shares of Symbiotec Pharmalab in the open market on September 1, raising its holding from 0.78% to 6.22%. The fund’s stake rose from 498,019 shares to 3,995,439 shares, while Symbiotec’s total voting capital remained at 64,256,112 shares. Symbiotec’s August red-herring prospectus set out a ₹1,757 crore IPO, comprising ₹150 crore of fresh issue and ₹1,607 crore offered by selling shareholders. The API and intermediates maker reported FY26 revenue of ₹869.1 crore, EBITDA of ₹232 crore and net debt of ₹380.9 crore.
