VR Infraspace issued a corporate guarantee to Indian Bank covering loan facilities of Rs 14.35 crore availed by Daxon Realty, its 51% subsidiary. The guarantee was described as a contingent liability, with the company noting that Daxon's accounts are consolidated. Daxon held the 436-unit VR Vivanta residential project in Vadodara, which received Rs 1,500 lakh from the company's initial public offering for construction. VR Infraspace reported standalone revenue of Rs 1,900.38 lakh in FY24 and held cash of Rs 1,967 lakh, while its completed VR Imperia and VR One projects were 97% and 87% sold respectively.
