Zota Health Care’s board approved the notice of its 26th AGM, to be held through video conference on September 28, and set September 21 as the record date for e-voting and a proposed final dividend of Re 1 per share for FY26. It appointed chartered accountant Mahaveer Dhariwal as an additional director to be designated independent director, subject to shareholder approval, and recommended Moxesh Ketanbhai Zota’s reappointment as managing director for five years from October 7, 2026. Shareholders were also asked to approve up to ₹150 crore of transactions with 87.78%-owned Everyday Herbal Beauty Care, including a ₹40 crore unsecured loan, ₹100 crore of goods transactions, supply-chain services and a 3% royalty on FOFO sales. Davaindia’s store network had reached 2,825 outlets in Q1 FY27, while consolidated FY26 revenue was ₹538.66 crore.
